It's coming up soon: the deadline for applications for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Scholarships for Military Children program. This program offers at least one $1,500 scholarship per Commissary location, and it is only open to military children.
Applications must be received no later than Friday, 22 February 2013 at the appropriate commissary location. If you're sending it, you need to allow that extra time to track down the right address and have it delivered.
