Included flavors are Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brule Latte, and Gingerbread Latte. I've also heard rumor that individual stores will allow you to use it on non-coffee drinks such as Peppermint Hot Chocolate, Caramel Apple Cider, and Eggnog Frappucino. Store participation is limited, so be sure to check with your favorite Starbucks location before placing your order.
On another note, Starbucks has just announced its commitment to hire over 10,000 veterans and active duty spouses over the next five years. If it is job portability you are seeking, I can't imagine a better choice. It certainly seems like there is a Starbucks on every corner. And Starbucks pretty regularly ranks in the top 100 places to work.
