Finding Military Services Near You

Not all military families live near military bases, and that can make it tough to do certain tasks.  Getting new ID cards, organizing PCS moves, even buying uniforms can be a challenge.  One great resource is the Department of Defense Military Installations search form.  You can search a few different ways.  If you are seeking a particular service but don’t know where to go, you can enter your zip code and the type of support you are seeking, and it will tell you the closest locations.  If you know the name of an installation, but need contact information for a specific office, it is easy to find.

I love tools like this, easy and actually helpful.  Less time searching for phone numbers means more time for other things.
