Always wanted to meet with a Certified Financial Planner, but didn't because of the cost? You're in luck! The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., The Financial Planning Association, The Foundation for Financial Planning, and The United States Conference of Mayors have joined together to bring free, no-obligation financial planning days to 24 cities across the US.
Staffed by financial planning professionals, the events will feature classroom-style workshops and one-on-one consultations. The volunteer planners will not distribute business cards or take contact information - it is totally anonymous and no-strings-attached.
