We're still on the road, so I'm not going to do a huge list of military Independence Day discounts here. I will, however, refer you to some other folks who have put together lists of their own.

Kirklands is offering 10% off for all military, law enforcement and public safety officers, through 4 July 2012.
Also, don't forget that the Lowe's and Home Depot Veteran's discounts should be available in conjunction with the Independence Day holiday. However, with the 4th on a Wednesday, I can't guess when they will recognize the promotion. I suggest you call your local store to find out before you go.
Don't forget that there are plenty of 4th of July deals that are available to everyone, not just the military. The Couponess has a pretty gosh darn comprehensive list.
Also, try to remember to always ask if a store or restaurant offers a military discount. I am awful about remembering, but I have been nicely rewarded when I do remember. Ten percent off can add up if you ask diligently.
