Wondering if any establishments are offering specials for military and veterans on Memorial Day 2012?  There are literally hundreds of thousands of "Memorial Day Sales" this weekend, but only a few that actually are specifically designed to honor the military:

Many people like to make Build-A-Bear stuffed animals, especially for kids who are having a parent deploy.  This weekend, Build-A-Bear is offering 20% off your purchase when you show a military ID.  This offer is only available in-store, not online.

Hooters is offering ten free traditional or boneless buffalo wings to military and veterans, with proof of military service.  You have to purchase a beverage to go with your wings, and you can not get a to go order.  The offer is available all day  at participating locations only, be sure to call before you go.  Find a location and their telephone number here.

Jo-Ann Fabric is offering 20% off nearly everything to past and present members of the military and their immediate family.  ID is required, but the flyer doesn't specify what sort of ID.

If you know of any special offers for veterans and military today, let us know!
