The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) likes to hold these nifty events where they bring a selection of commissary merchandise, with commissary prices, to a location some distance from a regular commissary store. They usually pick areas that have significant National Guard or Reserve populations, but anyone who is an eligible commissary patron can shop at these special sales.
For March, there are only two dates:
March 3 - 4, Guard and Reserve, 1705 Coonskin Drive, Charleston, WV 25311
March 9 - 10, Army National Guard, 113 South Coleville St, Walla-Walla, WA 99362
