Accessing the TSP-3 is easy. Unfortunately one cannot fill the form out online, print it off and mail it in as the instructions specify. A call today to the TSP ThriftLine reached Carl, who after checking with a supervison, said that the instructions are incorrect … that the form cannot be completed on line, printed & mailed!

Well honestly this is completely unsatisfactory. I can get access to every single civilian account i have via phone or online. Why is it that with millions of participants in this system we cannot be provided the same level of customer support some civilian agency provides? It is simply unsatisfactory.

I can’t complain about the process to obtain your tsp information with the amount of money that some people have into their accounts the process to get that information should be extensive

What irritates me about my TSP online is I often have to request a new password if I haven’t checked my account in a few months. They never say our passwords expire so why when I enter my correct current password is all of a sudden my information incorrect?! Now I have to wait forever for a new password to come in the mail. Every. Single. Time. Insane.
