The super folks at the Defense Commissary Agency (DECA) bring their wonderful wares to remote locations throughout the US so that our National Guard, Reserve and geographically separated service families can shop the commissary. Thought they are called Guard/Reserve On-Site Sales, all eligible commissary patrons are encouraged to come and find some deals.
