Do You Have Questions for USAA?

Next week, I am going to San Antonio to visit the headquarters of USAA. I’ve had USAA insurance since I first struck out on my own quite a few years ago, and I have nearly always been delighted with them. Over the years, we have had insurance, banking, car loans, and investments, plus they also offer many other services.

If you have questions for USAA, please post them in the comments and I’ll ask as I can. I don’t know what our schedule is like, and I don’t know what sort of questions I’ll be able to squeeze in, but I will try. Plus, I know some nice guys at USAA that can probably help us with whatever I don’t get asked in person.

So, answer in the comments: If you had a chance to ask a USAA rep a question, what might it be?

    Hello Kate,

I am a USAA customer, but I’m not affiliated with the military. I would like to know when they will allow ALL users the ability to use their mobile app USAA Deposit@Home.

A question for my son – who is currently National Guard and in college. He is trying to be more independent and when he bought a vehicle was hoping to get his own insurance through USAA. Unfortunately he has no credit score as he has never borrowed money and USAA would not cover him. Any suggestions for him?
