I'm very excited to be hosting my first blog carnival, and I'm quite glad that it is the Festival of Frugality because it was one of the first carnivals I ever entered. Where I live, in the mid-Atlantic, spring has come with a vengeance. Or maybe it is summer...it was well over 90 degrees today. With spring comes many things: people are graduating, the earth is turning green, all sorts of things are growing up, and people are getting out and about. (I'll be the first to admit that I'm really stretching these categories, but I was determined to write about spring.)
