In Consumer Safety Resources from the Federal Government on SPAM, Scams, Fraud, Phishing, and Identity Theft, Penelope hits nearly every piece of information I can imagine. It is a lot to digest at one sitting, so you might want to take Penelope's advice to bookmark it and come back so that you can digest it in small bits. Penelope has done an excellent job of organizing the information so that you can come back and find what you need if you are faced with potential fraud.
