For those families that have non-military income, a valuable benefit can be a Flexible Spending Account. However, they're not a very good benefit if you don't spend the money. Jim at Blueprint for Financial Prosperity has put together a list of things that you can buy to spend those last few dollars before the deadline tomorrow.
