Military Spouse Residency Relief Act

Currently under consideration in the House of Representatives, this piece of legislation will allow military spouses the same rights regarding residency as their active duty husbands or wives. While not strictly a financial matter, it will impact the finances of military families, particularly with regard to the issues of personal property taxes and state income taxes.
